On the lake- facing terrace, surrounded by mountains, you can spend good evenings in company having a barbecue or you can just refresh yourself in the swimming pool, that will be shared with the owners.
Recently refurbished, this rustically estate preserved his originary fascination.
The house is spread over two floors which are not connected to one another. The ground floor has been recently renovated and it looks exactly as the first floor, where you can find a living/dining area provided with double bed sofa, a well- appointed kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bright bathroom with shower, a laundry with washing machine and an outdoor patio. Who will book this house will have both the apartments with exclusive use and will be the only one being hosted in this house.
In your big garden you can enjoy the peacefulness and switch off from everyday life.

Start the day drinking an Italian coffee laying in the sun and then take a swim in the shared swimming pool.Otherwise go directly on Gardalake that is only 20 minutes away by car.
Malga Mary is in a very central location and at the same time it is ideally suited for nature lovers and sport enthusiasts seeking for excursions.
You can reach in few minutes by walk the centre of Tignale,where you can find everything you need for your holiday:supermarkets,banks,doctor,local bars & restaurants.
Tignale offers to its inhabitants and visitors a very attractive and various landscape and a plenty of leisure activities to do in the surroundings.
With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
