The property, surrounded by 20,000 m2 of olive grove, is made up of 2 villas for a total of 4 elegant apartments equipped with every comfort and furnished down to the smallest detail.
The large swimming pool overlooking the lake and equipped with sun loungers is located a few steps away and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the four apartments from mid-May.
The Villa "Cà Rossa" is made up of two apartments with independent entrances, air conditioning, exclusive terraces and reserved outdoor parking spaces.
The Ibisco apartment, located on the ground floor, is a beautiful and bright apartment surrounded by a large terrace.
The covered terrace, furnished with chairs and table, will allow you to dine in the moonlight and enjoy moments of absolute relaxation with a unique view of Lake Garda.
Cà Rossa Ibisco can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is composed of a bright open space kitchen with living room with lake view, a master bedroom with direct access to a bathroom with shower and relaxation corner with lake view and sofa, a second double bedroom very spacious with a two-seater sofa and a third bedroom with lake view, a second bathroom with shower completes the floor.

The location was fantastic with the most wonderful view. It was however difficult to find. Forget the narrow road option and don’t follow Sat Nav. The roads are too narrow. Use the directions for the more main road route although they could be a littsee more

The amenities were poor. The kitchen was far too small with nowhere near enough work surface and not enough plug sockets. There was no ironing board or iron and no washing machine. The apartment is large so there would be plenty of space for all of tsee more

The apartment is pet friendly but we didn’t realise this extended to allowing dogs in the pool. This may have been our mistake but we didn’t like that. |
