It is surrounded from 20.000 meters of land with olive groves and at the end of a private entrance there are 2 lake-view luxury villas Cà Rossa and Cà Bianca with swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is Cà Bianca zero with 2 bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with 2 separate beds. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The living room offers a furnished kitchen, dining table and sofa on a large surface.
Enjoy from your terrace the stunning view on Gardalake where the sun is reflected.
From here there are only a few meters away from the outdoor pool of the villas.
This apartment does not only attract for its comfortable and appealing atmosphere, but also for the dreamlike view on Gardalake. Both villas have 2 apartments and both are rented in the summer and share the same pool.
You can reach easily the villa through a gravel path. Two private parking lots are at your disposal.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 55 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is € 1,00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Umgeben von der Natur und etwas außerhalb von Maderna hat diese Unterkunft einen Traumblick über den Gardasee, den man schon früh morgens bis spät abends von dort aus genießen kann. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich!

Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten die Wohnung zu erreichen, beide sind nichts für Sportwagen. Der kurze Weg kann nur mit einem Geländewagen ( kein Straßen-SUV) bewältigt werden.

absolut ruhige Lage auf einem sehr großen Privatgrundstück mit Olivenbäumen und Säulenpinien, einzigartiger Blick über den Gardasee, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei sehr schönen Bädern, drei Schlafzimmer davon eins mit Seeblick aus dem Bett, eisee more
absolut ruhige Lage auf einem sehr großen Privatgrundstück mit Olivenbäumen und Säulenpinien, einzigartiger Blick über den Gardasee, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei sehr schönen Bädern, drei Schlafzimmer davon eins mit Seeblick aus dem Bett, eigener Whirlpool auf der Terrasse... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!
