Nice, new (in 2022 opening) and bright apartment Regine, quiet and yet quite central in the district Olzano in Tignale, only 500 meters far from the center.
From the terrace, even from the sofa in the living room, it is possible to admire the sunrises and sunsets over Lake Garda. The view extends to the other side of the river from Peschiera and the Gulf of Salò. In the evening you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the illuminated villages along the lakeside road, an unforgettable sight. Perfect for a romantic dinner on the terrace.
Exclusive furniture and all kinds of amenities stylishly matched to each other leave nothing to be desired.

In the apartment Regina are a beautiful living room with comfortable double sofa bed and access to the south-facing terrace with a more panoramic view of Lake Garda, two spacious bedrooms with double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a new daylight bathroom with shower (90x100) and toilet. Ther is also an infrared private Sauna. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher, as well as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster.
Facilities include a satellite TV, air conditioning, central vacuum, internet access and wooden balcony furniture.
A small complex of only 4 apartments, with a wonderful view. These apartments are for people aged 14 and over and guarantee moments of peaceful holidays!
In the basement is a communal washing machine, which is available for the three apartments.
A reserved parking space is available in front of the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
We recommend this apartment only for a family with children over 15 years old for the tranquility of the house.
Doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in the center of Gardola.
With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.

Neue sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist genial. Sie liegt ruhig und doch zentral. In maximal 10 Minuten beim Supermarkt und in den Lokalen. Im Restaurant Castello von Paolo und Fabrizio im Ort ist masee more
Neue sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist genial. Sie liegt ruhig und doch zentral. In maximal 10 Minuten beim Supermarkt und in den Lokalen. Im Restaurant Castello von Paolo und Fabrizio im Ort ist man sehr gut. Wenn man in der Wohnung doch noch was braucht kümmern sich beide sehr schnell darum. Rundum zum Empfehlen.
