Located on the ground floor with a beautiful garden for exclusive use and a swimming pool shared with 6 other units, the A CASA DI BEA apartment is one of our most popular properties. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the lakefront, shops and shopping centers.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a large living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The house has an exclusive garden on both the west and east sides, which means that this unit is always well exposed to light. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, overlooking the garden, a bathroom with shower, a toilet with grab bars for the disabled, a bidet and a washing machine.
in both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
The large garage (350x210x6mt) , air conditioning, the supplied USB modem and the storage room complete the description of this splendid apartment. The Carrefour supermarket is very useful, just 30 meters away.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. The kitchen is too small and the equipments is not up to the standard of the accommodation. There are not enough dishes for 4 peoples. The garage is large but is occupied with furnitures and the access ramp is difficult for large cars.

Everything was great. Great location - 24/7 market just outside the apartment, and alot of othet stores. Beautiful place, the apartment and the city. Everything we need were in the apartment and problems were solved immediately.

La casa è molto bella, calda, moderna, con un’ampia zona giorno, una bella camera matrimoniale e una cameretta singola.
Il bagno è grande con una bella doccia e c’è pure la lavatrice per ogni evenienza. C’è anche un bel giardino che purtroppo non absee more

Il bagno è grande con una bella doccia e c’è pure la lavatrice per ogni evenienza. C’è anche un bel giardino che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare a causa della stagione, così come la piscina condominiale. La casa è dotata anche di un bellissimo garage per cui non c’è nemmeno il problema del parcheggio. Siamo stati accolti da un graditissimo e abbondantissimo kit di benvenuto con varie bontà. La signora Alessandra ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e dimostrandosi sempre gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La casa è situata fuori dal centro storico di Sirmione, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. La casa è vicina a tanti supermercati, alla chiesa, e ad una fantastica piadineria che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare. Sicuramente un’esperienza positiva! |

Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden die Wohnung, mit kleinen Hinweisen, direkt weiterempfehlen. Das Wäsche- Paket ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 2 Minuten am See. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Bus und Fähre fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung war sehr nett, vielen Dank an Roberta! |

Die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, schönes Bad und wir genossen die beiden Terrassen: morgens Sonne auf der einen, abends auf der anderen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Toller Garten für Menschen und Hund. Der Pool war Ostern noch zu, hätten wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Viel schöner vorne am See zu liegen. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Rückgabe liefen reibungslos. Ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde sofort behoben.
Einziges Manko: das Appartement ist an der Hauptstraße - man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein . Das Haus ist hellhörig. War ok für uns. Ostern war das Haus noch ziemlich leer. |

Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche und im Hauswirtschaftsraum findet man alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Brett war vorhanden.

In 1 Minunte ist man in der Fußgängerzone, wo man jede Menge Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants findet und in 3 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Gardasee … wirklich perfekt. Und obwohl die Wohnung wirklich mitten drin ist, hat man absolut seine Ruhe, wenn man im Garten oder am Pool liegt und die Sonne genießt. |
