The location is strategic, close to motorway connections and a small shopping centre, offering you maximum convenience. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a large outdoor space consisting of two private gardens, one at the front and one at the back, for a total of 145 m². Both are equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an irrigation system, perfect for outdoor dinners or simply relaxing under the sun. The interior of the apartment is characterised by a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, and refrigerator, for complete autonomy. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the back garden and equipped with spacious wardrobes. The beds, enriched with high-quality toppers, offer superior comfort, ensuring a restful sleep. The sleeping area is completed by two bathrooms: the first with a bath/shower, WC, and bidet, and the second with a sink, WC, and bidet. The second bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV featuring entertainment apps, ideal for younger guests or moments of pure relaxation. Throughout the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available, and both the living area and the sleeping area are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times. To complete the offering, a spacious garage with a laundry area is available, accommodating up to two cars, with a washing machine for any laundry needs. Additionally, our Concierge service is available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge, available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, ready to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment, and be at your disposal throughout the stay for any needs. Upon departure, they will be present to ensure that your experience has been perfect. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well-cared-for throughout your stay with DesenzanoLoft. Check-in time for Oasis is from 15:00 to 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, a supplement of 50.00 euros will be charged. This apartment is subject to a security deposit of 250 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid by card, the deposit will be refunded, in the absence of damage, via bank transfer within 3 working days.
