This apartment is located in Desenzano del Garda, a few kilometers from the motorway exit and a few meters from the Desenzano train station, the main services and the lake.
On the fourth floor of a condominium with a few residential units, equipped with a lift, we find "La Finestra sul lago". Recently renovated and completely new furnished, this apartment is equipped with everything you need!
Entering, through the corridor, we arrive in the large and bright living area with a breathtaking view of the lake where there is an American kitchen with a peninsula made up of every comfort: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, gas stove and kitchen utensils. The living room is equipped with a flat screen smart TV with internet connection and channels such as NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME. Also in the living room there is a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioning and wardrobe and finally the bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, large shower and washing machine.
There is a high-quality topper in all double beds. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting.
Parking is free and is inside the courtyard. A garage for small cars is also available.
Strategic position, breathtaking view, TV and air conditioning in every room are the main features that make this apartment the perfect place to spend your holidays!
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.

Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach klasse! Selbst wenn man sich viel in der Wohnung aufhält, hat man das Gefühl, dass man nichts verpasst, weil der Ausblick phantastisch ist!

Ein paar mal hatten wir Stromausfall, aber durch tollen Service wurde uns schnell gesagt, wie das Problem schnell behoben werden kann.
Eine Lampe, mit der man auch gedämmtes Licht einstellen kann, wäre klasse und würde die Vorzüge der Wohnung am Abesee more
