On the first floor of an elegant building in the Piazza Duomo in Desenzano del Garda we find the DOM APARTMENT apartment. The apartment is new and built to the highest standards of elegance and technology and has been welcoming guests since March 2022.
Upon entering we are immediately in the living room / kitchen equipped with all the tools to have breakfasts, lunches, dinners and aperitifs, the confortable sofa , the 50 ‘'smart TV and air conditioning.
In the sleeping area we find a large and spacious double bedroom equipped with a 50 ' smart TV mirror wardrobe with a breathtaking view of the city's Cathedral.
On the king size bed there is a high quality Topper on the mattresse. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, mirror and a small balcony.
Between the two bedrooms a modern bathroom with toilet, closet and XXL shower cabin.
Dom Apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in each of the bedrooms, The wi-fi is fast and fast in all environments.
DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer Dom Apartment guests a welcome kit, sheets and towels for free and, on request, a private parking lot about 150 meters away at a cost of € 15 per night.
The apartment is located in the center of Desenzano del Garda, 50 meters from the Lake from the shopping and nightlife venues.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals between 19:00 and until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
