With the goal of ensuring a stress-free experience, we offer personalised welcome services, without the use of key boxes and without requiring you to travel miles to collect the keys. From a week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese), ready to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally greet you upon arrival, guide you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to bid you farewell and ensure that your experience has been perfect. This service is available via direct chat for quick and personalised assistance. For arrivals after 19:00 and up to 23:30, a supplement of 50.00 E is charged. The apartment is subject to a 200 E deposit, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid by card, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, provided there are no damages.
