Sara's House is a modern apartment located between the residential area and the historic centre of Desenzano del Garda, well connected to any type of shop, infrastructure, beach or means of transport.A large parking lot enclosed by an electric gate and a private covered garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.On the first floor we find this brand new apartmentLet's go in and discover the details!We are welcomed by a large and spacious living room with: dining table, flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate even a couple.On the right side, the fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare delicious dinners, breakfasts or aperitifs.The sleeping area: a complete bathroom with a really large hydro-shower.A second bathroom with: shower cubicle, toilet, sink, bidet, mirror and washing machine.The two double bedrooms, tastefully furnished, are equipped with a mirror, wardrobe, armchair and storage compartment under the beds. Not easy to improve two problems - there is no balcony \ terrace which is unfortunate and - the acoustics is pretty bad as you can hear neighbours upstairs and in the lobby.

For longer stays it would be good to leave more of the dish soap and dishwasher tablets, if one is planning to cook take your own salt and other spices as there is only sugar.

The facility was beautiful and very clean, fully equiped, including washing machine, it has lots of space and we enjoyed staying there and going back to the appartment at the eand of every day!!!

Bei einer Spülmaschine sollte das Besteck - kleine Löffel - in ausreichender Menge vorhanden sein.
Man sollte auch den Staub vom Schrank und unter dem Bett saugen.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 10 Min zum Zentrum und ist sehr sehr sauber, was zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen hat.
Die Wohnung könnte ich auch durchaus weiter empfehlen.
Jedoch gibt es auch kleinere Mängel:

Also lieber Essen gehen. Und dann noch der Fön. Es ist einer vorhanden, aber meines Erachtens echt ne Mutprobe. Ich hatte mich dann sicherheitshalber zum Lufttrocknen entschieden, was ja auch mal geht . Zum kontaktlosen Ein- und Auschecken noch ein Satz: Super Sache, klappt bestens. Aber wirklich nur zu den vorgegeben Zeiten. Keine 5 Minuten früher oder später. Kurz: schöne saubere Wohnung mit klitzekleinen Handicaps. |
